The programs use a variety of therapeutic modalities and integrate traditional teachings as part of the healing process.

Women’s and Men’s counselling: for adults who have been impacted by family or intimate partner violence; intergenerational trauma, and childhood traumas.

Child and Youth Counselling: Provide long term individual counselling for children and youth that have been impacted by family violence and or traumatic events.

Sexual Violence Healing Centre: provides counselling to those impacted by sexual violence and/or sexual exploitation.

MMIWGMB Love Starts With Us: Honours individuals and families whom experience loss through murdered and/or missing loved ones.

They Will Have Strong Minds: Co-ed 7 week group and individual counselling for youth ages 12-21 seeking to learn and understand the dynamics of family violence, abusive relationships, and the impacts on self, family and community

Anti Human-Trafficking Program: Provides a supporting and safe environment for youth ages 12-25 who are at risk, are victims, or have been victims of human trafficking/sexual exploitation.
