Community Education Program staff are available to inform the community of Ganohkwasra programs and services, the dynamics of family violence and related topics in a culturally sensitive manner.

This is achieved through facility tours, presentations, workshops, distribution of resource materials, brochures and newsletters.

Ganohkwasra has 5 Community Educators available:

  • Ganohkwasra Community Educator (2)
  • Sonhatsi:wa Sexual Violence Healing Centre Community Educator
  • Anti-Human Trafficking Community Educator
  • Child & Youth Community Educator

Requests for presentations and trainings need to be received at least 2 months in advance.
