At Ganohkwasra Family Assault Support services, we believe in being respectful, caring and accountable for our own actions.
Ganohkwasra has a well structured complaint process in place for residents and clients who are informed of the complaint procedure upon entrance into our services. Each concern and/or complaint is handled individually and respectfully with the worker and/or supervisor.
Should you, as a community member or community partner, wish to make a formal complaint about Ganohkwasra’s programs or services, you are required to submit a written and signed letter outlining the details of your complaint. Only formal complaints will be investigated as per Ganohkwasra Policies and Procedures. If your complaint is regarding a Ganohkwasra Employee, the Employee has a right to receive and respond to the complaint letter within our investigation process.
Due to confidentiality, community members will not be informed of the outcome of the complaint. However, be assured all complaints are taken seriously and are dealt with according to Ganohkwasra Policies and Procedures.
